Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
All purchases are final, and we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This policy applies to holiday promotions, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and purchases made using discount codes. However, if we make an error, we will gladly correct it.
If the product you received is found to be defective, your order may qualify for a refund. If you received a damaged or open package, please take a photo before checking the contents inside.
If an order is returned undeliverable, we will reach out to you to verify shipping details. Please review your shipping address at the time of order placement.
